WhoSampled released for Android

The strangely addictive WhoSampled app has arrived for Android after a few years in the wilderness on iOS (just a joke, it did very well). WhoSampled does just what it says on the tin, it lets you see who has sampled a track and what samples are used in that track.

At first glance you might say “meh”, but very quickly you start discovering songs that are both new, yet oh so familiar – unsurprising given that they’ve been sampled by your favourite artist. Once scanned you can view the samples used in all the tracks in your collection. You can of course buy any new tracks that you find and there are other in app purchases.

Check it out and comment with any great tracks you discover.
