Google Glass Explorer Program Closed But We Have You Covered

About a month or so back Google invited everyone to a contest for the chance to try out Google Glass. All you had to do was use Twitter or Google+ and say what you would do with the device. Since last week Google started announcing the winners. Today Project Glass has announced that all the winners have been contacted via Google+ or Twitter so if you didn’t get an invite then your out of luck. But don’t fret as I was lucky enough to be chosen as a Glass Explorer which means that all the readers of Android Cowboy will benefit.

I’m very excited about this opportunity despite the $1500 I still need to pay for the device. But you can be sure that I’ll be creating great new content for the site using Google Glass which will include lots of videos. I’ll be planning a Google hangout so fans can get an up close look at Google Glass and answer all your questions about the device. I’m going to bring as much access to the device for viewers as possible. So stay tuned as it’s going to be exciting times in the near future.
