FlightTrack offers real-time status updates on flights with a simple interface that is intuitive. You have the ability to search for flights by flight number, route or airport. Once your flight is found, you can see information such as
*Flight delays
*Gate number
*Departure and arrival times
*Historical data that help forecast if a flight is going to be delayed
The features I use and enjoy the most are the Seat Guru and find Alternate Flights feature. The Seat Guru feature rates the seats on the aircraft that you will travel on by the following categories of good, drawback, and poor. You can use this feature to pick the best seat on the plane. If you are ever in a delayed flight situation, the find Alternate Flight feature can be a life saver! All alternate flights to your destination by all airlines are shown with this feature. I’ve personally used this feature to get a leg up on delayed flight situations. Very very awesome!
Checkout FlightTrack, a must have for those that like to get around. The app cost $4.99 in the Android Market or the Amazon Appstore. A small price to pay for a very handy app!
This app is not compatible with the Kindle Fire.
