I’m definitely a fan of racing games and I think it’s one of the best games to play on a tablet. On the Android platform the top racing games are Gameloft’s Asphalt 7 and Electronic Arts Need for Speed. Gameloft released their new game to Android a couple of months ago and now Electronic Arts has finally released their update to Need for Speed on Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore.
In this new game you get improved graphics, a new collision engine, and over 35 different cars to choose from. But unlike Asphalt 7 this game is not freemium and will cost you $6.99 from the start. Some really prefer this but that still doesn’t mean you won’t have to work to unlock cars. Some of the cars that you can ride are SRT Viper GTS, Porsche 911 Carrera S, Hummer H1 Alpha, and many more. The game looks great and if you are a fan of racing then it’s well worth the price. A Kindle Fire version of the app is also available from the Amazon Appstore. So go ahead and grab your favorite car and burn some rubber on the track.
