Galaxy Note 10.1 Case Review: MoKo Slim-Fit Folio Cover Case

Since getting my Galaxy Note 10.1, I had been going naked with the tablet for a while. I finally decided to spend the time to research for a good case. I think a case for a tablet or phone is a real personal choice. Everyone is looking for something different in a case from maximum protection to slim weight. I was looking for 3 main qualities in a case for my Note 10.1 tablet. I wanted something that was overall slim and added minimal weight. I wanted good quality leather with the right amount of protection. I also wanted to maintain the look and feel of the tablet without the case overwhelming it. I went online and did my research on forums and read customer comments. In the end, I decided on the MoKo Slim Fit case and I’m happy to report that I made the right decision. So let’s take a closer look at what this case provides.

The first thing that you notice about the case is that it’s good leather quality that feels great on the touch. The case has a tough hard feel to it but with the right amount of softness. It looks like it will hold up in time but on that I will have to report back at a later time. The tablet clips in through all four corners with two extra clips near the top. I absolutely prefer this since it doesn’t cover the entire side of the tablet and hide the nice white color. If I wanted my tablet to look dark then I would have gotten the grey one is the first place. The tablet clips in with a nice snug fit that feels secure but is easily removable as well. Most importantly it has all the right cut outs with access to charger, camera, and S-Pen.

In order to put the tablet in viewing mode you’ll need to unclip it from the bottom while keeping it in the top clips. This is probably the only minor issue with case since you’ll have to clip it back in the bottom if you want to fully close the case. But it’s pretty easy to do so I don’t find it a big deal. The tablet has three viewing angles from almost straight up to almost laying flat. The case doesn’t provide any method for portrait viewing thought. When closed the case adds some width but overall minimal. It’s definitely not the slimmest case but the weight addition is small. Overall, it feels like a sturdy case that looks good and provides all the protection that you need for a small price of $20.
