Google Helpouts is Now Live

Haven’t we all gotten stuck at one point or another doing something. Whether it’s a tech problem or fixing something we usually turn to the internet. We Google it, watch videos, and hunt forums. But sometimes that not enough and you just need to talk to someone about it. Up until now there wasn’t really anyway to get that service from the internet. But starting today Google has come to the rescue with Google Helpouts which let’s you get help via live video chat.
Google Helpouts is a new service that lets you get help from experts via live video chat. The people who sign up to provide service are screened by Google to make sure they really are experts. They decide whether the service is free or charged. As a user you can browse the site by topics and find people who might be able to help. There are reviews and comments for the experts and all transactions all handled by Google via Wallet.

Google also guarantees your money back in case you really don’t get the help that you need. In that case the sessions are recorded so Google can review them for accuracy. Overall I think this is a great service that is long overdue and speaks of the new internet age. If you need help with something the world should be available today since we are all connected. I believe that as time goes on this service will catch on and become popular. Check it out and let us know what you think. Do you plan on using Google Helpouts. Let us know.
