Earlier this month at Samsung Unpacked 2013, they announced the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition. The tablet is a refresh of last years model but comes with much-needed upgrades. At that even there was no announcement of when the tablet would be available in the U.S. for purchase. Now Samsung has announced that the tablet can be purchased on October 10th with pre-orders starting tomorrow night.
The Galaxy note 10.1 16GB version will retail at $549 while the 32GB will cost $599. This is definitely a high price but keep in mind that this is a 10″ inch premium tablet. It comes with a high-resolution 2560 x 1600, 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, and 3 GB of RAM. Gone is the cheap plastic back and now you have a new fake leather stitched back which feels much better than the old. Software upgraded are a plenty and include a host of new features with S-Pen technology. This is no doubt the flagship premium Samsung tablet. But is it enough for consumers. Let us know if you are planning on getting the new tablet.
