Leaked Images of New Kindle Fire Tablet

This is right around the time that we expect Amazon to announce a new and upgraded Kindle Fire tablet. Specs have already been leaked out and now BGR is reporting images of the new tablet. This looks to be a redesigned tablet in both looks and specs. The tablet will have a high-resolution 1900 x 1200 display along with a quad-core processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM and running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

The new Kindle Fire should be a good competitor to the new Nexus 7 tablet that was just released. It will be interesting to see how locked this new device will be and if it will have access to Google apps. In my opinion that’s really the missing ingredient on the Kindle Fire. But based on previous models I don’t expect that anything will be different with the new model. But as before there will hacks to root the device and install Play Store.

What does everyone thin of the leaked images for the Kindle Fire. Is something you’re looking forward to getting. Let us know in the comment section.
