Google body is a 3D model of the human body. It’s a very simple app but visually fantastic and delivers what it promises. You begin with a 3D female body (Google promises a male model soon) in which you have the option of viewing the muscles, bones, organs, heart, and brain. Choosing any of the options changes the model to only show that specific part. Clicking on any part displays the name or you have the option of searching for any specific part. The graphics are stellar and the model can be rotated or zoomed with absolutely no lag. The zoom feature is amazing, allowing you go almost into the model itself. My only wishes for the app would be the option to pan around and links to get more info on the body parts.
This is a great app if you are a someone in the healthcare business or just someone who wants to learn more about the human body. It can be an amazing educational tool for kids and students. I can’t really do the app any justice by writing about it so check out the screen shots below.
You can download the app from the Android Market.
